Kathryn Silver is a Narrative Colorist Illustrator from Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her BFA in sequential art at SCAD in 2012 and her MFA in Visual Narrative from The School of Visual Arts. Kathryn makes comics about students with academic disabilities and mental health. At the core of her stories and art, she hopes to help others that live with mental health and academic disabilities find the courage to advocate for themselves. She enjoys working digitally as well as traditionally. Some of her favorite traditional mediums include ink, gouache, and watercolor.  Currently, she lives with her cat Ink in New York City!
